Eastar Jet Co. said on the 16th it will hold an open hiring for cabin crew to proactively respond to aircraft additions and route expansions scheduled for this year.
The hiring will proceed in the following order: ▲ document screening ▲ situational interview ▲ physical fitness test ▲ executive interview ▲ employment medical check. The company plans to hire around 50 people, who will join after May.
In the situational interview, candidates will be presented with hypothetical scenarios and asked about their responses to evaluate flexible-thinking abilities.
The physical fitness test will check basic fitness required for in-flight emergencies through a long-distance run, back muscle strength measurement, and decibel measurement.
Nursing majors and holders of related certifications may receive additional points, and applicants with strong Japanese and foreign language skills will be given preference.
Applications can be submitted on the Eastar Jet Co. recruitment site from the day to the 22nd. Detailed information, including eligibility, can also be found on the site.
An Eastar Jet Co. official said, "We plan to select talent suitable for the core role of cabin crew as in-flight safety personnel," adding, "If you score high in each stage, we do not impose an age limit."
