The Ministry of SMEs and Startups and the Korea SMEs and Startups Agency (KOSME) said on the 15th that they will recruit companies to participate in the "2026 online export platform project Gobiz export support" from the 16th to Apr. 6.
This program uses the B2B online export platform GobizKorea, operated by the Korea SMEs and Startups Agency (KOSME), to support the establishment of online export infrastructure for domestic small and midsize companies, identify and match overseas buyers, and help close B2B export deals.
Eligible applicants are small and midsize companies seeking B2B exports. Starting this year, recruitment is divided into two categories: 150 companies in the "infrastructure building" category, which focuses on supporting the creation of online export infrastructure, and 100 companies in the "export growth" category, which centers on online buyer matching, for a total of 250 companies.
Companies selected in the infrastructure building category will receive comprehensive support suited for the early stages of online exporting, including building product pages and mini sites for corporate promotion within GobizKorea, producing product promotional videos, preparing English letters of transaction intent and guides, search engine marketing, and practical trade support.
Companies selected in the export growth category will receive intensive support needed to generate export outcomes based on their existing online export infrastructure, including one-on-one video consultations with buyers, focused buyer sourcing and matching, proxy participation in overseas exhibitions, and search engine marketing.
The Korea SMEs and Startups Agency (KOSME) will designate about 50 companies among the 250 selected that meet separate criteria as "Gobiz certified companies." It will grant a Gobiz certification mark indicating these are top-selling companies and provide tailored support such as setting up a dedicated special section within the platform.
Companies wishing to participate in the program can apply through the GobizKorea website.
Kang Seok-jin, chair of the Korea SMEs and Startups Agency (KOSME), said, "We will develop GobizKorea into a platform that drives the opening of overseas sales channels and the creation of export results for small and midsize companies," adding, "From product page creation to buyer discovery, marketing, troubleshooting consultations, and logistics support, we will provide integrated support for the entire online export process in one place and make it the platform export companies turn to first."
