The Korea Association of Machinery Industry said on the 25th that it held the 61st regular general meeting at the Machinery Hall in Yeouido, Seoul, and appointed Park Sang-hyun, CEO of Doosan Enerbility, as the 24th chair.
Park, the new chair, served as senior executive vice president of the CFP team in the Doosan holding division in 2008; head of finance management at Doosan Infracore in 2011; executive vice president in the Doosan holding division in 2015; and CEO of Doosan Bobcat in 2018, before being named president and CEO of Doosan Enerbility in 2022.
Park said, "Uncertainty in the business environment is deepening for the machinery industry both at home and abroad," and added, "We will do our utmost to open the future of Korea's machinery industry, putting the industry's growth as the top value."
