Hyundai Movex said on the 25th that it will take part in AW 2026, the country's largest smart factory and automation exhibition, to be held at Coex from the 4th to the 6th of next month, and showcase future Smart Logistics technologies centered on AI and robots.
Hyundai Movex will set up a Smart Logistics special pavilion booth and divide it into areas for demonstrations, exhibits, and DT (Digital Twin) to present advanced Smart Logistics solutions and introduce its sophisticated integrated engineering capabilities.
In the demonstration zone, multiple AMRs (autonomous mobile robots) will stage a formation parade. The "Omni Sorter," optimized for small items across many product types, will also be shown classifying by destination without a hair's-breadth error.
In the exhibition zone, the company will present a low-profile AGV (automated guided vehicle) integrating Autonomous Driving technology; a mobile chatbot (conversational robot) with guidance and serving functions; and an elevator-linked delivery robot for unmanned delivery, as well as a storage system based on shuttles (transport devices) capable of omnidirectional movement.
The DT zone will unveil a 3D Digital Twin system that can observe and control in real time the on-site operations of AS/RS (automated storage and retrieval system) and unmanned transport robots, and will demonstrate a web-based integrated control system that directly connects the exhibition hall with overseas sites and the Cheongna R&D Center.
In addition, 33 core Hyundai Movex products, including SRM (next-generation stacker crane), AGV, and gantry robots (Cartesian robots for picking and transport), will be displayed as miniatures.
Hyundai Movex said it plans to focus on overseas marketing activities to expand its global business. It will also participate in MODEX 2026 to be held in Atlanta, the United States, in April.
Hyundai Movex said, "Automation technology that converges AI and robots will become a necessity, not a choice," adding, "In a rapidly changing industrial environment, we plan to make an all-out effort to develop Smart Logistics solutions that can meet both efficiency and safety."
