Mercedes-Benz officially launched the electric sport utility vehicle (SUV) EQE 350+ SUV in Korea on the 24th.
The EQE 350+ SUV is a model developed on EVA2, Benz's dedicated electric-vehicle platform. Benz Korea said it features a generous driving range, a practical interior, stable driving performance, and a variety of convenience features.
The EQE 350+ SUV replaces the all-wheel-drive EQE 350 4MATIC SUV in Benz's electric SUV lineup. It is offered in two trims: the rear-wheel-drive EQE 350+ SUV and the all-wheel-drive EQE 500 SUV.
Under Korea's certification standard, the EQE 350+ SUV has a driving range of 467 km on a single charge. It is the longest range in the EQE SUV lineup.
It also comes with a range of convenience features. These include Airmatic suspension that adjusts the suspension according to driving conditions and speed, the Driving Assistance Package Plus that analyzes the surroundings with sensors such as cameras and radar, and Digital Light that adjusts brightness and range according to the weather.
On the exterior, a black panel radiator grille with Benz's star-logo pattern is applied. Inside, a 12.3-inch widescreen cockpit and a 12.8-inch organic light-emitting diode (OLED) display provide an intuitive operating environment, Benz Korea said.
Trunk capacity is 520 L (liters). Folding the second-row seats increases it to a maximum of 1,675 L.
The EQE 350+ SUV is priced at 106 million won, including value-added tax.
