LG Energy Solution filed a securities registration statement with the Financial Supervisory Service for a corporate bond issuance, it disclosed on the 20th.
The bonds will be issued in 2-year, 3-year, 5-year, and 10-year tranches, with a total registered amount of 400 billion won. This is the fourth time LG Energy Solution has issued won-denominated corporate bonds.
LG Energy Solution plans to conduct a book-building for institutional investors on the 24th. Depending on the results, it will consider increasing the issue size. Specific terms, including the issue price and final interest rate, will be set based on the book-building results.
