GM Korea's Chevrolet said on the 12th that it will run the "2026 Chevrolet free inspection campaign" at Chevrolet service networks nationwide from the 24th to Mar. 6. The inspection items total eight: ▲ engine oil ▲ automatic transmission oil ▲ brake oil ▲ brake pads ▲ coolant ▲ air conditioner filter ▲ battery ▲ tires.
The campaign was arranged to further solidify customer trust and improve service satisfaction. Recently, as GM Korea decided to close nine company-run service centers nationwide, labor-management conflict intensified around the issue and customers' anxiety also rose.
During the campaign, customers can visit a nearby Chevrolet service network to have their vehicle's safety condition inspected. In addition, customers who change their engine oil can have the oil changed at a 20% discounted price.
Chevrolet plans to use this campaign as an opportunity to further strengthen the overall operating system across its more than 380 service networks nationwide and focus on managing service quality at customer touchpoints. A Chevrolet official said, "From maintenance reservations to after-sales care, we plan to provide a faster and more consistent customer experience," adding, "This is both a gesture of thanks to customers who have trusted the brand and entrusted their vehicles to us, and a measure to deliver a more stable service experience."
Chevrolet said it will provide a more stable service experience based on a standardized maintenance process throughout the entire vehicle inspection and, through systematic support that extends to after-sales care, build an environment in which customers can use their vehicles with greater peace of mind in daily life.
A customer participation event is also prepared. During the free inspection campaign, among customers who visit the service network and receive an inspection, those who enter the event and consent to receive marketing advertisements will be entered into a drawing to receive a mobile fuel voucher worth 50,000 won, awarded to a total of 1,000 people.
