Kyungdong Navien lifts revenue 11% as operating profit climbs 8.7% in Korea

Kyungdong Navien posted an operating profit of 144.1 billion won last year. That was up 8.7% from a year earlier.

Kyungdong Navien disclosed on the 11th that, on a consolidation basis last year, revenue was 1.5029 trillion won and operating profit was 144.1 billion won in a preliminary tally. Revenue rose 11% from a year earlier. Net profit was 90.3 billion won, down 27.3% in a year.

Kyungdong Navien mainly produces boilers, water heaters, ventilation systems, and smart home systems. Based on its condensing boiler technology, it holds a high market share at home and abroad. It is targeting overseas markets including the United States and China while increasing the share of overseas sales.
