NowBegin, a company specializing in digital welfare solutions, said on the 10th it will unveil Singing Children, a choral musical that is a youth integrated culture-and-arts program combining artificial intelligence (AI) technology at a smart child center.
The program being introduced at a child center in Andong is a case of applying AI technology to musical education. It focuses on strengthening participating students' creativity and digital literacy through the experience of producing a musical performance using AI-based creative tools.
AI analyzes each student's learning pace and abilities, then serves as a teaching assistant to bridge learning gaps and structures the program so students can immerse themselves in preparing for the performance at their own speed. Youth participants can also visualize with AI the scripts and stage designs they imagine.
In addition, it is designed so students directly experience and learn core elements of AI ethics such as copyright, personal information protection, attribution, and identifying false information. It also offers opportunities to broaden career exploration capabilities through the creative experience of performances that combine art with AI technology.
