CERAGEM Co. said on the 10th it signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with Davich Optical Co. chain to jointly develop next-generation health care services.
The agreement was pursued to create new business value by combining each company's specialized technologies. To offer differentiated services to customers, they will look for ways to link membership benefits and plan to review implementing customized health solutions by using major stores nationwide.
Under the agreement, CERAGEM Co. and the Davich Optical Co. chain will promote: ▲ building offline wellness hubs and customer experience spaces ▲ marketing cooperation to maximize customer value ▲ joint development of next-generation health care services and solutions ▲ open innovation and joint discovery of future growth engines.
A CERAGEM Co. official said, "It will serve as a chance to extend health care technology into customers' daily lives," adding, "Through collaboration, we will accelerate building an integrated platform in which technology and data, space and services are organically connected."
A Davich official noted, "By leveraging our nationwide stores to expand customer touchpoints, Davich's strength and CERAGEM's health care expertise together can provide new value to customers."
