Parata Airlines said on the 9th that starting Mar. 29, when the summer schedule begins, it will increase service on the Gimpo-Jeju route from once daily to twice daily.
The route will operate with departures from Gimpo at 6 a.m. and 7:10 p.m., and from Jeju at 5:15 p.m. and 9:15 p.m., respectively.
Parata Airlines began its first flights on the Gimpo-Jeju route as a charter on Oct. 2 last year ahead of the Chuseok holiday and has operated once daily since the 26th of the same month.
Parata Airlines decided to add flights as the route posted a load factor averaging 90%, indicating stable demand.
A Parata Airlines official said, "Since launching the Gimpo-Jeju route, we have received positive customer feedback thanks to differentiated in-flight services such as offering a signature beverage," adding, "We will continue to improve travel convenience and consistently enhance the overall quality of our airline services."
