Noroo Paint said on the 5th that it will strengthen product competitiveness by launching 10 new products targeting the broad architecture market in 2026.
The new products are organized into three categories based on usage environments at construction sites and market characteristics: ▲ high-performance, differentiated target products ▲ repainting and repair market target products ▲ upgraded products to strengthen the general water-based market. Noroo Paint said its strategy with this lineup is to strengthen a broad architecture product portfolio that can respond widely from special environments to general construction sites.
The high-performance, differentiated target lineup includes four products that respond to road, industrial, and special floor environments. It introduced "NorooWay anti-icing agent," which delays road surface icing in winter to improve road safety; "Crean Epoxy Lining Master," which can be used to reinforce floors in high-load environments; and "Crean Epoxy anti-static lining" for industrial sites that require static control. In addition, it presented a high-performance waterproofing solution that secures both durability and waterproofing performance through the "Blacktan AP/Skin Sheet-2000DS" system method, which combines a one-component non-exposed waterproofing material with double-sided silica sand sheets.
The lineup targeting the repainting and repair market focuses on improving efficiency in existing coating renewal and maintenance sites. The water-based primer "Clear Sealer (hiding type)," which enhances hiding power and adhesion, delivers stable finish quality even on existing coatings or chalked surfaces. The "all-in-one water-based waterproofing material," which integrates primer, intermediate, and topcoat into one, enables a single-process application to simplify the workflow, and the "waterborne floor topcoat," a water-based finish applicable to various floor substrates, increases usability not only at new-build sites but also at repainting sites.
Upgraded products to strengthen the general water-based market were also launched. "Soon&Su water-based interior NEW class 1" is a KS M 6010 type 2, class 1 interior water-based paint with improved hiding power and finish quality, suitable for interior finishes in residential and commercial facilities. The lineup also includes a NEW class 2 product with the same concept to broaden choices. For exterior use, it introduced "Cupid water-based exterior NEW class 1," strengthening competitiveness in water-based coatings for large exterior walls and apartment building exteriors.
