Global talent recruitment and HR consulting group AIMS International Korea and global business service network company InterGest Korea have moved to build an integrated business support system for foreign corporations operating in Korea.
The two companies said they signed a strategic memorandum of understanding (MOU) on the 27th at AIMS International Korea's Seoul headquarters, with AIMS International Korea general manager Kim Hye-jong, InterGest Korea CEO Christoph Heider, and AIMS International Korea vice president Lee Chun-mi in attendance.
The agreement aims to reduce the operational complexity foreign corporations face in the Korean market and to provide integrated services across overall corporate operations—including accounting, tax, payroll, and HR—starting with talent recruitment.
AIMS International Korea is the Korea partner of a global talent recruitment and HR consulting group with a network in about 90 cities across more than 50 countries. It has conducted executive and key talent recruitment, as well as organization and leadership consulting, for domestic and overseas corporations.
InterGest supports corporations' local market entry and stable operations in multiple countries, including Korea. Focusing on essential back-office services for corporate operations—such as accounting, tax, payroll, and HR—it provides an operational foundation tailored to each country's systems and environment.
General manager Kim Hye-jong said, "For foreign corporations to establish themselves successfully in the Korean market, it is important to go beyond simple hiring and design a foundation that enables the organization to operate stably," adding, "This collaboration will be a starting point for formalizing a partnership that goes beyond recruitment."
