AI cooling technology specialized corporations MHS said on the 29th that it signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with global graphics card manufacturer ZOTAC Korea to strengthen next-generation GPU cooling performance.
Under the agreement, MHS will supply its self-developed microchannel liquid-cooling solution "Renaissance" to ZOTAC's top flagship lineup, the Nvidia GeForce RTX 5090·5080·5070 Ti series. The two sides agreed on an annual supply volume of more than 50,000 units.
MHS's core technology, MACS (Micro-Aqua Cooling System), is characterized by miniaturizing key parts of the liquid-cooling engine. It resolved installation constraints caused by the large radiator and complex coolant path structure—chronic issues of conventional liquid-cooling systems—and achieved high-performance cooling efficiency while maintaining an air-cooler-level compact form factor.
At the design stage, MHS applies computational fluid dynamics (CFD) simulations to design the heat dispersion structure. Based on this, it has analyzed GPU heat generation characteristics in advance and developed liquid-cooling solutions that consider cooling performance and system stability.
ZOTAC is an Nvidia AIB Tier 1 partner and, through this agreement, will apply MHS's liquid-cooling solutions to the GeForce GPU lineup. MHS plans to use this collaboration as a springboard to expand the application to Nvidia's high-performance AI products.
