Kyungdong Navien said on the 21st that it will expand its offline living-environment solution platform by newly opening three Navien House experience stores in Seoul and Gwangju.
Navien House is a store where visitors can directly experience a variety of living-environment solutions, including Kyungdong Navien boilers, dehumidifying ventilation air purifiers, kitchen appliances, and sleep mats, as well as the parent company Kyungwon's wall pads, smart home systems, door locks, and fire doors. In a space similar to an actual residential environment, visitors can experience product installation status and operation processes, as well as their effectiveness. In particular, it offers one-stop consulting that covers not only customized product recommendations through professional consultants but also installation, maintenance, and subscription consultations.
Kyungdong Navien introduced Navien House to strengthen consumer touchpoints and convey the value of a "comfortable living environment," where various products are linked as a system and can be experienced. Starting with Namyangju and Uijeongbu in Dec. 2023, it expanded to seven stores, including Jeju, Jinju, Seoul, and Gwangju, and plans to expand to various regions in the future.
The three new stores strengthened differentiated experience elements at each location, reflecting local characteristics. Navien House Dongdaemun in Seoul focused on connecting offline experiences and consultations after online information searches, leveraging metropolitan-area customers' accessibility as a strength. In line with the area's characteristics of heavy inflow from social media and search, the experience and consultation process was also organized efficiently.
Navien House Bukgwangju, located in a residential complex in Buk-gu, Gwangju, enhanced experiences for Navien Magic kitchen appliances. With a broad display of kitchen products such as induction cooktops and hoods, visitors can make comparisons, and nearby interior firms make it convenient to visit together. Navien House Gwangju System in Seo-gu, Gwangju, is a store specialized in smart home system experiences. It also offers an integrated solution experience that links smart home products such as wall pads, door locks, and fire doors with various products including boilers and dehumidifying ventilation air purifiers.
To mark the opening of the new stores, Kyungdong Navien will host a Navien Live broadcast starting at 11 a.m. on the 22nd at the Bukgwangju store and at 8 p.m. at the Gwangju System store. Customers who apply for a consultation during the broadcast will receive up to 50,000 won in Shinsegae gift certificates, and those who make a reservation for consultation, visit, and purchase products by the end of Feb. will receive an additional Navien Magic Multi Convection Oven.
In addition, customers who purchase two or more among a dehumidifying ventilation air purifier, the Navien Condensing ON AI boiler, and the 3D Air Hood will receive Shinsegae gift certificates worth up to 500,000 won.
