Toyota Korea said on the 15th that it officially launched the 2026 Alphard Hybrid Premium and began sales at Toyota authorized dealer showrooms nationwide.
The Alphard is Toyota's flagship premium minivan, launched in 2002. Its hybrid system, preventive safety technology, and premium convenience features have been continuously added. The fourth generation was first introduced in Korea on Sept. 2023.
With the Alphard Hybrid Premium, the lineup expands by adding the "Premium" to the existing single "Executive" model. A Toyota Korea official said, "It offers a broader range of choices for VIP customers focused on protocol as well as lifestyles centered on daily use and family."
A standout feature is the application of captain's seats in the second row. A Toyota Korea official said, "It allows intuitive operation of various convenience functions while providing excellent seating comfort and coziness." Instead of a rotating foldable table inside the armrest, fixed side tables attached to the seats have been applied to improve convenience for placing belongings such as cellphones, and the use of space between the seats has been enhanced.
In addition, the seat operation buttons placed on the second-row armrests make it easy to adjust the seat position and power slide function, and the touch-type controllers in the form of smartphones installed individually on the left and right allow control of climate, lighting, sunshades, audio, and seat functions.
Along with this, it maintains a premium ride quality by applying features such as ▲ a power ottoman ▲ an acupressure function using air pressure ▲ a reclining function. It also features a "Smart Comfort Mode" that allows the interior atmosphere to be tailored to passengers' preferences, automatically adjusting lighting, climate, and seat positions according to the selection of four modes.
The suggested retail price of the 2026 Alphard Hybrid Premium grade is 86.78 million won based on a 3.5% special consumption tax.
