T'way Air said on the 12th that it is hiring first officers (A330) on a rolling basis through its official recruitment website.
Eligibility requires holding a domestic airline transport pilot (airplane multiengine land) or commercial pilot (airplane multiengine land) certificate, with at least 1,000 total hours of flight time on transport-category aircraft.
Applicants must also have first officer experience at domestic or foreign airlines, hold a valid class 1 aviation medical certificate, an ICAO English language proficiency level 4 or higher, and a valid domestic aeronautical radiotelephone operator license.
In particular, only valid qualifications converted to domestic licenses are recognized, and flight time and career experience are recognized only to the hours documented in the evidence first submitted at the time of application.
Applications are accepted on a rolling basis, and the screening will begin once submissions reach a certain number; detailed schedules will be provided individually.
The hiring process consists of a document screening, first-round interview, and second-round interview to select the final successful candidates.
