Mobility platform TADA operator VCNC (CEO Kang Hee-su)'s taxi transport franchise subsidiary "Pyeonanhan Idong" said on the 7th that it ranked first overall in the Seoul Metropolitan Government's "2025 taxi company management and service evaluation."
Seoul City annually evaluates taxi companies comprehensively on safe driving, treatment of transport workers, complaint management, efforts to improve services, and other factors and releases the results. In this evaluation, "Pyeonanhan Idong" was classified at the top after receiving balanced assessments across overall operational indicators. Another directly operated transport company evaluated alongside it, "Pyeonanhan Idong Next," came in third, with TADA's directly operated transport companies ranking side by side in the upper tier.
"Pyeonanhan Idong" is the only taxi company operating its own training program through the Seoul-approved advanced taxi training institution "Mobility Academy." To operate the advanced taxi service "Next," completion of that training program is mandatory, which they say has helped reduce accident rates and continuously manage service quality.
It also maintains stable figures in satisfaction evaluations conducted after customer drop-off. Based on the recent three-month average, the share of negative evaluations was only about 0.46% of total trips. In addition, it operates an internal monitoring system to manage customer experience.
A TADA official said, "This is the result of consistently working to directly manage taxi operations through directly operated transport companies and to improve driver working conditions and service quality," and added, "As Seoul City's evaluation system has developed, we will continue to create a mobility service that both users and drivers can trust by focusing on safety and service quality in taxi operations."
