SK intellix said on the 8th that it has boosted the completeness of the wellness robot "NAMUHX" by linking Google's artificial intelligence (AI) model "Gemini."
NAMUHX offers features such as "Air Solution," which autonomously detects and purifies indoor air pollutants based on autonomous driving and 100% voice control, and "Vital Sign Check," which measures five key health indicators—body temperature, cardiac activity intensity, pulse, oxygen saturation, and stress index—within 10 seconds.
Based on differentiated AI technology, the company plans to expand services into various areas such as security, meditation, and sleep management, developing it into an integrated platform that looks after all aspects of daily life. Its technology and innovation were recently recognized comprehensively, earning an Innovation Award at CES, the world's largest IT and home appliance exhibition.
NAMUHX supports AI voice conversation that controls functions by voice alone, without separate device touch or internet connection. The company expects that linking the Gemini AI model will enhance AI voice conversation performance, including answer accuracy and response speed. Using Google's search function, it can also provide real-time answers to specific information.
It also implements improved vocabulary comprehension, natural continuous conversation, and advanced information delivery. By applying a large language model (LLM) engine based on the Google ecosystem, it has secured scalability and openness for service expansion into an integrated wellness platform.
