CERAGEM Co. said on the 5th it will run its "healthy new year special benefits" promotion, highlighting price perks and expanded free after-sales service (A/S), through the 1st of next month.
Through this event, it is offering premium massage and relaxation appliances at special prices and has strengthened benefits for subscription and one-time purchase customers.
To mark the new year, CERAGEM Co. is offering the "Pause M Collection" massage appliances at special prices. Even for one-time payments, a five-year free A/S benefit applies. One-time purchases come with a price cut of up to 400,000 won. Subscription customers can also use the products at a monthly discount of up to 7,000 won.
The "Pause M Collection" uses patented direct-heating thermal balls to reach up to 65 degrees in 10 minutes. It includes the "Pause M6," which can be used while breastfeeding, and the "Pause M8 Fit," which allows users to choose from 12 colors and materials. Buyers of the "Pause M8 Fit" receive a free fitting service.
The "Master V Collection" massage chairs are also eligible for benefits. One-time purchases receive discounts of up to 600,000 won, and subscriptions receive monthly discounts of up to 10,000 won. The lineup includes the Master V11 along with the V11, V9, V7, and V4 series.
Customers who buy or subscribe receive model-specific gifts. Including the "CERABOT S" mopping robot vacuum worth about 600,000 won, Master V11 buyers can receive benefits totaling up to 1.28 million won when combining the event perks and gifts.
Benefits for repeat purchases are also available for existing customers. Customers who own any of eight products, including the Master V Collection and the Pause M Collection, receive an additional 200,000 won off for one-time purchases or 3,000 won off per month for subscriptions. Ahead of the Lunar New Year holiday, purchases or subscriptions of two or more units come with discounts of up to 30%.
