The CJ ENM Center is a complex office facility where broadcasting and content production take place year-round, and stable equipment, environment, and safety management are cited as key elements that determine work efficiency. Based on its experience operating large business sites and complex facilities, S&I plans to enhance facilities operations efficiency while ensuring business continuity and raising user satisfaction.
At the CJ ENM Center, S&I will integrate core facilities management areas including ▲equipment inspection and maintenance ▲environment and cleaning ▲safety and security ▲energy management and operations support. In particular, by applying standardized operating processes and a systematic on-site response system, the company plans to respond flexibly to various issues arising from changes in the work environment and further strengthen the stability of facilities operations.
The entertainment industry tightly links production schedules and project-based work, making any equipment or environmental issue likely to disrupt operations. Demand for specialized management has been expanding recently. With this contract win, S&I plans to strengthen its customized FM capabilities tailored to the entertainment industry and expand its influence in the related market.
