KG Mobility (hereafter KGM) has confirmed the official name of the next-generation internal combustion pickup truck developed under the project name 'Q300' as MUSSO. Together with the MUSSO EV released earlier this year, it grouped them into the flagship "MUSSO" family.
'MUSSO' is the flagship model representing the integrated 'MUSSO' pickup brand launched on Jan. 1 to strengthen pickup brand competitiveness, and the model name and brand name are applied identically to clearly express brand identity.
KGM revealed exterior images on the 26th along with the confirmation of the model name.
'MUSSO' implements a dynamic and solid exterior design in an authentic off-road style based on KGM's design philosophy 'Powered by Toughness,' further strengthening the original pickup identity. The robust square-type front bumper and radiator grille, along with dynamic side character lines and volume, further emphasize the pickup's inherent dynamism.
In addition, KGM offers the differentiated front design "Grand Style" package as an optional feature, providing a wide range of choices covering outdoor to urban driving.
"Grand Style" is characterized by emphasizing a majestic urban-style premium image suited to the city.
A sketch video documenting the design development process of 'MUSSO' will be released on KGM's official channels from 5 p.m. on the 26th.
A KGM official said, "MUSSO was designed to respond to diverse lifestyles through a design composition that spans everyday life and outdoor activities," noting, "Based on toughness and practicality, it will provide customers with a convenient and enjoyable driving experience."
