CJ Logistics said on the 23rd that it was selected as an excellent company (grade A) in the "2025 compliance program (CP) rating for fair trade" hosted by the Korea Fair Trade Commission (FTC) on the 19th.
CP is a system that comprehensively evaluates corporations' compliance management level and risk management framework. The Korea Fair Trade Commission (FTC) assigns ratings each year based on CP operation performance and provides incentives such as exemption from ex officio investigations or reductions in the penalty surcharge.
CJ Logistics has introduced CP since 2017 and has established a culture of compliance management. It shares laws and information related to key businesses through newsletters and the in-house bulletin board, and provides compliance training for executives and employees, working to internalize field-centered awareness of compliance management.
It also continues companywide compliance management activities by designating a person in charge for each department and operating a "compliance coordinator" system that identifies and manages risks in advance according to work characteristics.
As a result of these efforts, CJ Logistics became the first in the domestic logistics industry in 2021 to obtain certification for the compliance management system (ISO 37301), and it has maintained it for five consecutive years, earning recognition for excellence in compliance management activities. Last year, at the "Korea Compliance Awards" hosted by the Korea Compliance Association, it won the grand prize in the corporations category.
