Renault Korea (CEO Nicolas Paris) is holding the "Renault K-Trip (K-Trip) season 2" event, which shares winter landscape spots across Korea, through Dec. 31.
Customers who wish to participate in the Renault K-Trip event can upload photos taken with a Renault vehicle at winter spots across the country to social media with the hashtag #르노케이트립 or #Renaultktrip. Afterward, they can participate in the event by writing a "participation completed" comment on Renault Korea's official Instagram event post. Renault Korea also held the "Renault K-Trip" event last summer, sharing customers' photos capturing summer scenes with Renault vehicles at travel spots in Gyeonggi Province.
Renault Korea will select a first-place winner among participants in the Renault K-Trip season 2 event running through the end of this month and award a HanaTour Co. travel gift certificate worth 2 million won, and will give the second-place winner a stay voucher for the Sofitel Ambassador Prestige Suite.
Renault Korea is also running an event for vehicle buyers at the end of the year that awards different special gifts by weekly drawing. Customers who purchase a vehicle during the period from Dec. 15 to Dec. 21 will be entered into a drawing in which five people will receive Banyan Tree Hotel spa vouchers. Renault Korea customers who repurchase a Renault vehicle will be given Sapporo two-person travel vouchers to two customers during the same period.
Also, through the end of December, customers who visit Renault Korea showrooms nationwide and test-drive a vehicle are being offered various gifts through a drawing, including a Rojangju mini padded bag and a Rojangju mini umbrella. Some prizes may run out early depending on showroom circumstances.
Meanwhile, Renault Korea is offering a "special consumption tax double benefit" of up to 1.6 million won for December models, when the reduced individual consumption tax benefit is applied for the last time. Buyers of the Grand Koleos can receive a special consumption tax double benefit of 1.1–1.6 million won depending on the month of production regardless of powertrain, and buyers of the Grand Koleos gasoline 2.0 turbo Escapade roof box model are offered benefits of up to 5.4 million won. The coupe-type SUV Arkana also offers benefits of 0.4–0.9 million won depending on the powertrain, and the 1.6 GTe model receives benefits of up to 3.7 million won.
