T'way Air said on the 16th it will hold an open recruitment for entry-level employees in the aircraft maintenance materials institutional sector. The aircraft maintenance materials institutional sector is responsible for overall materials operations, including placing orders for aircraft parts, inventory management, and storage management.
Eligibility for entry-level applicants includes graduates and those scheduled to graduate in Feb. 2026, majors in science and engineering or business and economics, and a TOEIC score of 700 or higher.
Applicants with relevant qualifications and experience—such as experience in materials management and supply, trade, or customs clearance; a hazardous materials industrial engineer or technician license; or a driver's license—will receive preference.
Entry-level applicants will be selected through document screening and competency tests, first- and second-round interviews, and employment medical checks. The schedule for each stage will be provided when successful candidates are announced, and new hires will undergo a three-month probation period after joining.
