HD Hyundai XiteSolution said on the 10th that its new 4–9t (ton) class mid-size electric forklift model was selected in the forklift category of the Product of the Year awards organized by North American logistics and materials specialist outlet Material Handling 24/7. Material Handling 24/7 selects outstanding products in 15 categories each year through reader voting.
HD Hyundai XiteSolution's new electric forklift is equipped with a 300V (volt) high-voltage battery and a high-efficiency permanent magnet motor, delivering output and driving performance on par with internal-combustion forklifts in its class. It also obtained the representative North American safety certification (UL·Underwriters Laboratories) for the first time among high-voltage electric forklifts for sale in North America.
It is also an advantage that various battery capacities can be selected in consideration of the work environment and budget, allowing a wide response from sites requiring high-performance work to sites where expense efficiency is important. It supports fast charging and multi-charging.
