Comprehensive real estate management corporations S&I Corporation said on the 4th that it has introduced a fire safety AI agent.
Since October, S&I has gone through a pilot run and is now actively using the fire safety AI agent at various commercial real estate facility management sites. When on-site inquiries are entered into the AI agent, accurate and professional answers based on domestic and international fire regulations and on-site manuals are provided in real time, improving response speed and work efficiency on the ground.
The project has been carried out as part of digital technology innovation activities since the appointment of Chief Digital Transformation Officer (CDO) Yang Ho-cheol in March. Based on proptech capabilities accumulated over 50 years, S&I is promoting digital transformation in real estate management by introducing advanced real estate management systems such as a remote monitoring system (RMS) and an integrated operations center (IOC).
S&I plans to expand the AI agent technology across the entire spectrum of real estate management—machinery, electricity, cleaning, and construction—through future technology upgrades.
CDO Yang Ho-cheol said, "The introduction of the fire safety AI agent is an important starting point that changes the safety paradigm in real estate management," adding, "We will continue to develop solutions that enhance efficiency and safety at facility management sites and lead the digital transformation of the real estate management industry as a whole."
