Korea National Food Cluster said on the 3rd that it carried out a joint technology development support project based on a digital platform. It compiled ways for food corporations to use "Foodeum" and the "digital food information platform."
Food corporations can search for ingredients and analyze markets when planning new products on the platform. They can find manufacturers and secure mass-production systems by consolidating process improvement experts. In addition, they can prepare for certifications such as HACCP, check regulations in export countries, and access data on consumer sales trends.
The foundation said it structured which digital functions food corporations can use in product planning, production, certification, distribution, and export processes.
