T'way Air said on the 2nd that it will conduct an open recruitment for entry-level office positions.
The recruitment will run through the T'way Air official hiring website until 10 a.m. on the 10th. After a document screening and competency test, first- and second-round interviews will follow, with hiring set for January next year.
Eligibility is for graduates and those scheduled to graduate in February 2026, and applicants must meet one of the following: a TOEIC score of 700 or higher, TOEIC Speaking IM2 or higher, or OPIC IM2 or higher.
After joining, entry-level office hires will work for a set period at domestic airport branches, then be assigned under the new-hire management process to general departments such as ▲ human resources ▲ marketing planning ▲ finance and accounting ▲ public relations ▲ route planning ▲ business planning ▲ domestic and overseas airport branches.
