Kia 'The all-new Seltos' has set a date to reveal its new look. On the 10th of this month it will be unveiled to the world for the first time through a world premiere video on the Kia Worldwide YouTube channel.
'The all-new Seltos(The all-new Seltos)' is Kia's flagship subcompact SUV returning after six years. It will be the first full model change since the first-generation Seltos was launched in 2019.
Kia on Dec. 1 released some teaser images and emphasized Seltos' traditional SUV styling that is hard to find in the same class.
Seltos, based on Kia's design philosophy of 'Opposites United' (Opposites United, creative convergence of contrasting concepts), combines traditional SUV styling with Kia's futuristic and refined design elements to create a unique and confident image.
On the front, the star-map signature lighting featuring vertical daytime running lights (DRL, Daytime Running Light) highlights its presence, while the rear uses vertical and horizontal lamps that create a stable image and a sense of unity with the front.
Refined yet practical features such as flush door handles also stand out.
Through this Seltos, Kia plans to showcase superior product qualities that embody the brand's essence in design, powertrain, safety and convenience features, and strengthen its position in the global subcompact SUV market.
