Hanjin said it launched the comprehensive logistics solution One-click same-day delivery for online businesses starting on the 28th.
One-click same-day delivery is a service optimized for small businesses that want to offer same-day delivery to e-commerce consumers. Through on-site pickup, products can be shipped immediately from locations the customer wants, such as offices, warehouses, and fulfillment centers (integrated logistics centers), and the service can be used at reasonable rates with discount rates applied for corporations.
The service will first be operated for businesses that ship and deliver products within Seoul and the greater metropolitan area. Client companies can choose between same-day courier and quick service as needed.
For same-day courier, if the order is received before 11 a.m. Monday through Friday, same-day delivery is available throughout Seoul. For quick service, if the request is completed from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. Monday through Saturday, products can be delivered the same day to customers across the greater metropolitan area.
Businesses using One-click can also benefit from efficient integrated delivery management. They can check the entire status of same-day delivery in real time from pickup to completion and respond to customer inquiries, and manage standard delivery orders and same-day delivery orders at once.
The One-click same-day delivery service is available without a separate contract after signing up as a Hanjin One-click member, and details such as how to use it are available on the website.
