Italian luxury car brand Maserati is celebrating the return of production bases for the "GranTurismo" and "GranCabrio" to Modena, Italy, and is carrying out "Back to Modena," which invites five customers who purchase a GranTurismo or GranCabrio to Modena, Italy, through the end of December.
The brand's representative high-performance GT models, the GranTurismo and GranCabrio, have been produced since the first-generation models at Maserati's Viale Ciro Menotti factory in Modena, which is regarded as the foundation of Maserati and called "the heart of motor valley." Production was later moved to Turin for efficiency, but recently the production of the two models was returned to the historic Viale Ciro Menotti factory to reaffirm the essence of the brand's heritage and craftsmanship.
To commemorate this, Maserati Korea will provide an exclusive tour in Modena, Italy, of Maserati's brand heritage to the first five customers (including one companion) who purchase a new GranTurismo or GranCabrio by the end of this year.
Business air tickets and hotels will be provided for customers and one companion, and they will have the opportunity to visit the Viale Ciro Menotti factory where the GranTurismo and GranCabrio are produced and the Panini Maserati Museum, which exhibits classic cars, concept cars and racing cars that reflect 111 years of Maserati history.
The GranTurismo, which embodies the brand's distinct character and long heritage, is a model that concentrates Maserati's craftsmanship, racing history and Italian design philosophy. Based on the "high performance" of a sports car honed by racing DNA, the V6 3.0L engine of the GranTurismo Trofeo trim delivers an overwhelming performance of 550 horsepower (PS) and can accelerate from 0 to 100 km in just 3.5 seconds, while also offering practicality and comfort for four people to enjoy long-distance travel. Its sibling model, the GranCabrio, also inherits Maserati's heritage and is a high-performance convertible model that offers both outstanding performance and the freedom of open-air driving.
