Honda Korea (CEO Lee Ji-hong) successfully held the Kumamoto Factory Motorcycle Tour 2025, a five-day motorcycle customer invitation event in Japan, from Nov. 6 to Nov. 10.
Following the 2025 MotoGP Japan motorcycle tour in September, this was the second customer-invited global tour of the year, with about 30 participants in total, including customers who own Honda motorcycles of 300cc or larger. The diverse program ranged from a visit to the Kumamoto production plant on the slopes of Mount Aso in Kumamoto Prefecture to a Shimonoseki motorcycle tour.
The Kumamoto production plant is Honda Motorcycle's main production facility, located on the slopes of Mount Aso in Kikuchi District, Kumamoto Prefecture, Japan. Established in 1976, it currently produces various motorcycle models and general-purpose engines, and is Honda's only motorcycle production facility in Japan. Customers toured the factory lines firsthand, experiencing Honda's manufacturing philosophy and technological capabilities, and spent time strengthening their trust in the brand.
In particular, the riding tour around Fukuoka, Aso and Shimonoseki timed with the autumn foliage season delivered an extraordinary emotional experience as a unique riding experience enjoyed locally in Japan. Customers enjoyed riding the Honda motorcycles they had long admired and shared Honda's unique "joy of riding."
One participant said, "This tour, which allowed me to experience everything from the product's production process to riding it myself, became an opportunity to increase my trust in and pride for Honda products," and added, "It was a satisfying and moving experience thanks to Honda Korea's meticulous preparation."
Honda Korea CEO Lee Ji-hong said, "We plan to continue pursuing various differentiated Honda marketing activities and customer contact events that can expand touchpoints with customers."
