S-Oil said on the 9th that it has significantly upgraded its in-house artificial intelligence (AI) work support system, the "AI Assistant," introduced in Nov. last year, to strengthen features that support employees' work.
Through this revamp, employees can now use enhanced features such as automatic analysis after document uploads, automatic minutes generation based on audio files, and personalized prompt settings tailored to their roles and preferences.
In addition to existing companywide work support and department-specific specialized functions, the company added 12 new work services to boost practical usability. Going forward, it plans to advance mobile service support and Generative AI technologies to continuously reflect employees' needs.
A S-Oil official said, "With this upgrade, we have laid the groundwork for employees to work more efficiently and smartly," adding, "We will continue to maximize work efficiency through ongoing improvements that reflect user feedback and further elevate S-Oil's digital work experience."
