Korean Air said on the 6th that it won three categories at the 2025 10BEST Readers' Choice Awards organized by USA Today, a leading U.S. general daily newspaper.

USA Today holds online voting by readers every year and releases rankings of the top 10 corporations that received high evaluations in each institutional sector, including airlines, airports, accommodations, travel, and travel gear.
Korean Air's currently operating business and first class received positive reviews for both its seat suites and onboard service. The Prestige Suite 2.0, which Korean Air unveiled last year, allows the seatback to recline 180 degrees to be used like a bed. The in-flight entertainment system has also been significantly upgraded from before.
Its onboard services—such as amenity kits developed in collaboration with luxury brands, in-flight meals served as upscale course cuisine, and curated beverages—were also evaluated as differentiating the airline from others.
Korean Air's cabin crew received high marks for providing stable and customer-friendly service across all cabin classes. The airline's structured training programs for its own cabin crew were analyzed as a strength that made such service possible.
Korean Air's in-flight meals use fresh seasonal ingredients to serve Korean and international cuisines. In particular, menus that reinterpret traditional Korean dishes in a modern way were well received for offering passengers a distinctive experience. Snack service on long-haul routes drew attention for offering a variety of choices, including sandwiches.
In addition to these awards, Korean Air has continued its reputation as a global network carrier with honors including being selected as a SKYTRAX 5-Star Airline for five consecutive years in the United Kingdom, winning Airline Ratings' 2025 Airline of the Year in Australia, and being named the 2025 Asia Airline of the Year by CAPA (Centre for Aviation), an aviation consulting organization.
