The 2025 FAST TRACK agri-food demo day, hosted by the Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Rural Affairs and The Korea Agriculture Technology Promotion Agency (KOAT) and organized by CNTTech and ChosunBiz, was held on the 3rd at OnDream Society in Jung District, Seoul. About 60 people attended the event, including agri-food Start - Up representatives, fund managers, corporate venture capital (CVC) and venture capital (VC) investment officers.

FAST TRACK agri-food demo day is a venue where corporations participating in the agri-food technology startup accelerating (AC) development program present their products and services to investment institutions and the public. The corporations that took part also sought opportunities for collaboration through business-to-business exchanges.

The Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Rural Affairs and The Korea Agriculture Technology Promotion Agency (KOAT) are running a variety of programs to identify and nurture promising agri-food Start - Ups. Among them, FAST TRACK is an agri-food–focused accelerating program overseen by the agency and operated by CNTTech, and is a flagship project that supports the growth and investment of technology startup corporations.

At the demo day held in the afternoon, an investor relations (IR) pitching session featured 14 Start - Ups selected as this year's agri-food FAST TRACK incubation corporations. They were Neypi, RiceValue, Lovers, RoboArte, Lowein, Limpid, Modern, BioMoaMedical, AscentSports, SMHACCP, FL Company, OrangeCow, WonderFarm and Famirese.

Serving as judges were six firms, including Eclux Venture Partners, Mineta Brook Ventures, Synergy IB Investment, CJ Investment and Now IB Capital. The judges plan to select and award four promising Start - Ups based on criteria such as corporate capability, marketability, commercialization capability, technological strength and ripple effect.

First to present, Neypi introduced a fermentation preservative technology that can extend food consumption periods and its business strategy based on it. Next, RoboArte, which develops and sells cooking robots, shared its technology and market strategy aimed at automating the dining-out industry. In the final slot, Famirese, which operates an artificial intelligence (AI)–based digital metal growth platform, took the stage to introduce its technology and services.

A Q&A session with the judges followed the pitches. The judges asked for explanations of detailed technical structures and differentiating factors to more specifically identify each corporation's technical strengths. They also focused on practical commercialization strategies, asking about the scope of target markets, entry strategies and plans to secure competitiveness, to assess each corporation's growth potential.

Lee Jeong-in, head of the venture investment support team at The Korea Agriculture Technology Promotion Agency (KOAT), said, "The FAST TRACK program, which began with the AC, has already reached its fifth year with strong results," and added, "We would appreciate your close attention and encouragement so that the companies participating in today's demo day can receive favorable evaluations."
