KD Navien said on the 28th that it ranked No. 1 in six categories of the 2025 Korea Quality Excellence Index (KS-QEI). The company was newly selected as No. 1 in the electric oven category, in addition to its existing top rankings in the condensing gas boiler, hot-water mat and carbon mat, ventilation air purifier, and gas range categories.
The Korea Quality Excellence Index (KS-QEI) is a measurement model jointly developed by the Korean Standards Association and the Korean Society for Quality Management that evaluates quality excellence and satisfaction among consumers and experts.
A KD Navien official said, "To strengthen quality competitiveness, we are actively introducing artificial intelligence (AI) and robotics technologies at our global production base 'ECO Hub' in Seotan-myeon, Pyeongtaek," and noted, "We are reducing defect rates not only through a three-stage automation system that spans production, inspection, and logistics, but also with inspection robots and a self-developed automated inspection system."
