CERAGEM Co. said on the 23rd that it held a companywide town hall meeting on the 22nd under the slogan "Time together, growth built together" to mark its 27th anniversary.
Through this event, CERAGEM Co. reflected on the journey and core values of corporations growth over the past 27 years. In particular, interviews were held via Zoom in which talent who grew from office and research roles to heads of overseas subsidiaries and members who switched from office and service roles to business owners shared what led them to make the transition, their conviction about corporations growth, and their resolutions, creating a venue for communication and unity among employees.
Founded in 1998, CERAGEM Co. pioneered overseas markets through aggressive R&D investment and technological innovation and has grown into a global healthcare leader operating more than 2,500 stores in about 70 countries worldwide.
In particular, since its founding CERAGEM Co. has presented and practiced "The 7 CERAGEMERSHIP" as the core of its corporate culture. It consists of seven principles: "thinking strictly from the customer's perspective," "sense and recognition of problems," "field-centered execution," "proactive communication and collaboration," "a challenge that does not fear failure," "sharing of learning and growth," and "data-driven management," and it forms the foundation of an organizational culture in which gratitude and respect are alive.

On the same day, CERAGEM Co. also held an awards ceremony for 134 long-serving executives and employees who have been part of CERAGEM Co.'s growth.
