Porsche Korea said on the 23rd that it officially launched the new 911 Spirit 70 in Korea, a model that reinterprets the Porsche brand's signature design elements in a modern way. The sale price, including VAT, is 326 million won.
The model is the third in Porsche's Heritage Design strategy, capturing the early sensibilities of the 1970s and 1980s. Production is limited to 1,500 units worldwide. It features distinctive colors, graphic accents, and a Pasha-pattern interior.
For the 911 Spirit 70, Porsche developed an Olive Neo color that adds a modern touch to green. It contrasts and harmonizes with the Bronzite color, a gray-gold tone applied to the lower rear, front, and wheels. Stripes on the hood, a classic Porsche emblem, and a badge on the Trunk lid catch the eye.
The interior features a Pasha fabric pattern in black and Olive Neo, along with a distinctive instrument cluster. Porsche said the fabric's graphic design, a pattern of variously sized rectangles, evokes a fluttering checkered flag.
The 911 Spirit 70 delivers a maximum system output of 541 horsepower and peak torque of 62.2 kg·m. Based on the existing 911 Carrera GTS Cabriolet hybrid system, it adds a high-voltage system along with an electric turbocharger and an electric motor, and is fitted with a newly developed 3.6-liter (L) boxer engine.
