BMW Motorrad, the motorcycle institutional sector of BMW, held the "2025 BMW Motorrad Days" on Oct. 18 at Mokgyenaru Camping Site in Eomjeong-myeon, Chungju, North Chungcheong, which became a meaningful scene for exchanging a healthy riding culture.
BMW Motorrad Days is BMW Motorrad's flagship motorcycle festival.
Beyond a simple festival, riders from across the country, including BMW Motorrad customers, have come together to spread a safe and healthy riding culture and to share their pure passion for riding, establishing it as a place of exchange.
With a total of 1,015 attendees, the 2025 BMW Motorrad Days was held at Chungju Mokgyenaru Camping Site, celebrated for its natural scenery and status as a camping mecca, welcoming the riding season that fully began with the fresh autumn. This year also offered engaging experience programs and a variety of events.
Participants were able to tour and experience BMW Motorrad's various latest motorcycles. In the exhibition zone, attendees could take a close look at the newly released R series, the heritage lineup, and the GS models that traverse on- and off-road. In addition, the test-ride program provided an opportunity to directly experience BMW Motorrad motorcycles' excellent riding performance and various advanced features.
Programs prepared together with Chungju, designated a cultural city of Korea, received a good response. On the main stage, cultural performances titled "Chungju Bonsaek" prepared by the Chungju Cultural Tourism Foundation were presented, including traditional Korean music and classical performances. In addition, a stamp tour visiting Chungju's various attractions was conducted, and participants who completed the motorcycle mission game were given souvenirs.
The talk concert with BMW Motorrad ambassadors actor Kim Nam-gil and actor Ryu Seung-soo drew attendees' attention. They showed their passion and sincerity as riders, eliciting a warm response from the audience.
Generous prizes were prepared for the lucky draw. First prize winners received a one-year test-ride of the BMW R 1300 RT and a riding jacket and pants; second prize winners received a six-month test-ride of the R 1300 RT and a helmet; third prize winners received a six-month test-ride of the BMW R 12.
A bike customization contest was also held, and participants were offered culinary delights through a "bike mission zone" for enjoying mini games, a food truck and dining area, exhibition and sales booths where BMW Motorrad lifestyle products could be purchased reasonably, and a "lifestyle and sponsor booth" composed of sales and experience spaces for various brands such as motorcycle accessories and communication equipment, providing convenience and benefits to attendees.
