Ceragem said on the 17th that it signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) for a "health care alliance" with five specialized companies: Oasis Studio, GP, Q-Stack, Theragen Health, and Persona AI.
Starting with this agreement, Ceragem and the participating corporations will jointly develop products and services, and pursue technological cooperation such as producing data- and artificial intelligence (AI)-based content and linking platforms.
Oasis Studio, which has extensive experience in visual effects (VFX) and digital content production, and GP, a growth analysis AI solution corporation, will participate. Oasis Studio will collaborate on developing a system that produces customized content by linking personal health data based on generative AI. GP is reviewing ways to introduce new services using bio big data and growth medical AI technology.
With Q-Stack, it plans to introduce digital health care products and services based on urine, blood, and other data, and with Theragen Health, it plans to adopt personalized health care solutions using personal genome analysis services.
Persona AI, an AI contact center platform corporation, will draw up plans to apply conversational AI technologies such as AI chatbots and callbots to Ceragem's health care products and services, based on its technology that commercialized Korea's first subscription cloud AICC (AI contact center).
Ceragem said it plans to continue integrated research and development that incorporates each company's technology and data into its own products and services to precisely identify and manage users' health conditions.
A Ceragem official said, "This agreement is the starting point for creating synergy by combining Ceragem's health care technology with the advanced capabilities of AI and health care specialized corporations," adding, "We will continue to expand a smart health care ecosystem that fuses AI, digital health care, and data through ongoing technological cooperation and service innovation."
