Mercedes-Benz authorized dealer HS HYOSUNG The Class said on the 15th that it will launch the country's first "Mercedes-Maybach" membership, the "MASTERIA Club," in the second half of this year.
HS HYOSUNG The Class's "MASTERIA Club" is a private membership exclusively for luxury customers, and is designed to let customers experience the brand philosophy in their lives beyond simple vehicle purchase benefits. Masteria, unveiled last year as HS HYOSUNG's corporate image (CI), combines the Latin word "Materia," meaning root or tree (forest), and "Aster," meaning star, to symbolize growth and vision.
The "MASTERIA Club" will target new Mercedes-Maybach delivery customers and existing core customers, and will be operated in three tiers: "ASTER ROSE GOLD," "ASTER BLACK," and "ASTER WHITE."
Membership customers will receive customized curation programs across various categories such as dining, golf and sports, overseas tours, culture and arts, hotels and lifestyle, and dedicated concierge. Programs include highly exclusive Michelin chef private dining, Maybach members-only golf tournaments, overseas golf tours such as the Masters and the Sony Open, and private auctions, and will also support dedicated concierge services such as a Maybach-only concierge call center, a limousine bus called the "Star Cruiser," and a members-only magazine.
HS HYOSUNG The Class plans to operate the program in a customized way that reflects customers' repurchase cycles and service visit patterns, and plans to continuously grow it by expanding through integration with a unified membership and customer relationship management (CRM) system in the future.
