Finished carmakers unveiled their October purchase benefits for the fall on the 1st.
Starting today through Nov. 30, Hyundai Motor is offering a Protectors of the People special-condition benefit. It is a promotion that gives a 300,000 won discount on vehicle purchases for soldiers, military civilian employees, and police, firefighters, and correctional officers. Conscripts are also eligible. Eligible passenger models include the Sonata, Avante, Grandeur, Santa Fe, Tucson, Venue, Staria, Ioniq 5, Ioniq 6, and Porter. The N series of the Ioniq 5 and Avante are also included. For electric vehicles, it can be combined with the Young EV first-car discount of 500,000 won.
Kia will keep its EV Festa and first-car EV special benefits this month as well. With EV Festa, the Niro EV is discounted by 3,500,000 won and the EV6 by 2,500,000 won. For the EV4, the first-car EV special benefit gives a 500,000 won discount. For the K5, K8, and Niro, visiting a Kia Store this month gets a 1,000,000 won discount.
Renault Korea decided to offer a 500,000 won discount on purchases of its vehicles for customers who have previously bought or currently own a Renault Korea vehicle. Buyers of the Grand Koleos can choose a five-month Zero Plan installment option. Under the five-month Zero Plan, customers can use the car for five months after purchase without any payment burden, and then pay installments at interest rates in the 4% range for up to 60 months thereafter. For the 2026 Grand Koleos, it offers option and accessory purchase benefits worth 300,000 won.
GM Korea is running model-specific promotions. For the Trax Crossover, 2026 buyers can get installments at 3.5% interest for up to 36 months or 4% for up to 60 months. For the Colorado, installment programs at 4.5% (36 months) or 4.9% (60 months) are available, and a one-time purchase adds a special benefit of 2,000,000 won. A 23rd anniversary event also offers discounts of 200,000–500,000 won depending on conditions.
