Hyundai Motor said on the 25th that it will conduct special hiring for new and experienced employees and new hires with disabilities for about three weeks from the 1st to the 17th of next month.
The hiring follows Hyundai Motor's recently announced plan to hire 7,200 people annually to create jobs for young people.
Hyundai Motor set the eligibility for new applicants as "less than one year of work experience," focusing on basic competency and growth potential rather than hands-on experience. For experienced positions, the company will select talent with job expertise regardless of years of service.
Recruitment fields include research and development, production and manufacturing, business and planning, and management support. Experienced positions and special hiring for new employees with disabilities will be carried out across Hyundai Motor's entire business areas.
On the 2nd of next month, a "new hire live information session (Team Hyundai Talk)" will be held to explain specific hiring systems and procedures and allow communication with recently hired employees. Applications are open until the 30th of this month.
A Hyundai Motor official said, "We will actively secure outstanding talent across our business to help expand youth employment," and added, "In particular, we eased experience restrictions for new hires so that candidates with high growth potential can apply."
