Hankook & Company Group (Chairman Cho Hyun-bum) will launch an open recruitment for new employees to secure "proactive leaders" who will lead future high-tech industries.
This recruitment involves the business holding company Hankook & Company and its core affiliate Hankook Tire & Technology (hereinafter Hankook Tire), and seeks key talent to lead the global high-tech industry in various fields such as research and development (R&D), sales, engineering, and management support.
Hankook & Company plans to select new employees who have the qualities to grow into the group's distinctive talent profile of "proactive leader," who work proactively and innovatively and passionately immerse themselves in their work, and to join them in advancing into a global high-tech corporation.
Selected talent will work at the Pangyo headquarters "Technoplex," the high-tech research center "Hankook Technodome" equipped with advanced research facilities, the Asia's largest tire test track "Hankook Technoring," "Hankook Engineering Lab," domestic production bases and other sites, where they will lead technology innovation.
Applicants must be graduates of a four-year regular university or higher who meet the language criteria, or those expected to graduate in Feb. 2026 (including international students).
Those wishing to apply can do so through the Hankook & Company and Hankook Tire recruitment websites by Oct. 12, and if applying to multiple postings, the application submitted first will be recognized for admission. The hiring process will proceed in the order of document screening, online aptitude test, and 12th-round interview.
