LS MnM said on the 19th that it is continuing activities to support new employees' smooth landing, including holding chief executive officer (CEO) meetings twice a week, directly led by CEO Gu Dong-hwi.
The CEO meeting is an event that has been held since Gu took office as chief operating officer (COO) last year, where Gu talks with a group of up to 10 employees.
Planned by Gu to hear employees' stories in a relaxed setting, the event is held as often as twice a week. LS MnM has also changed internal systems by adopting proposals collected through the event.
Notably, to address employees' difficulties in balancing work and childcare, the company introduced a flexible work system, and it unified job titles as manager, except for Head of Team.
LS MnM also operates a mentoring program and in-house club system. The mentoring program is run to allow new employees to interact with senior staff in other departments so they can learn about work outside their own roles.
The in-house club (informal group) system invites new employees to clubs so they can enjoy various cultural and leisure activities and adapt to the company.
LS MnM support division head and managing director Han Dong-hoon said, "We are providing opportunities for the younger generation to get to know the company in a friendly and fun way and to grow," adding, "We are reviewing even more diverse activities for communication and unity."
