A delegation from the city of Wroclaw, Poland, visited the headquarters of Yujin Technology, a secondary battery parts and materials company.
Yujin Technology said on the 17th that an official delegation including Wroclaw Mayor Jacek Sutryk and Deputy Mayor Jakub Mazur visited its headquarters and production facilities in Cheongju, North Chungcheong Province.
The visit was arranged to tour Yujin Technology's facilities, which have a local subsidiary in Wroclaw, and to strengthen economic cooperation between Wroclaw, an international friendship city, and Cheongju.
The Wroclaw delegation showed deep interest in Yujin Technology's technological capabilities and business status. They also promised to actively support Korean corporations operating locally, including Yujin Technology, so they can grow stably.
Yujin Technology explained the practical difficulties faced by locally investing corporations and requested specific support measures. They discussed issues related to residence permits, in-plant communications, and tax, accounting, and labor matters stemming from complex laws and a lack of policy information.
Founded in 2010, Yujin Technology is headquartered in Cheongju, North Chungcheong Province, and operates overseas subsidiaries in the United States, Hungary, Poland, and China. It produces precision molds, precision machine parts, automation equipment, and lead tabs, a core parts material essential for secondary battery manufacturing.
