Korea SMEs and Startups Agency (KOSME) said on the 14th that it will recruit the "2026 overseas private network" to participate in the "overseas branch office program" through the 22nd.
The overseas branch office program is a system in which a local private specialist institution acts as a branch office on behalf of small and medium startups that find it difficult to have their own overseas branches, supporting export marketing and entry into overseas markets. Currently, 145 institutions are active in 33 countries worldwide.
This recruitment has been expanded to 21 fields, including ▲ market development and transaction support ▲ marketing, distribution, and logistics ▲ local laws and systems ▲ growth and innovation support. It reflects corporations' diverse needs by including technology exports, data science consulting, and local investment support.
The recruitment scale is 160 institutions in 40 countries. It will newly include strategic markets such as Brazil, Colombia, and Saudi Arabia to support diversification of export markets.
Applications can be submitted on the overseas branch office program website through Sept. 22. Details can be found in the recruitment notice on the website, and inquiries should be directed to KOSME's Overseas Expansion Business Department.
