Volkswagen Korea, which revamped the "My VW App," is holding a commemorative event offering major prizes such as the Galaxy Z Fold7 and AirPods Max.
The My VW App is a multifunctional vehicle-management mobile app for Volkswagen vehicle owners that enables easy and fast online service reservations, and allows users to check vehicle information at a glance, such as maintenance history, warranty expiration date, and service coupons, providing customers with a convenient online service environment. Volkswagen Korea recently upgraded the app to make it even more convenient.
This renewal actively reflected customers' feedback to provide an intuitive user experience through overall app speed improvements and a design upgrade that incorporates the latest app UI trends. In addition, a personalization feature was added that allows customers to directly edit shortcut menus they want, and new features were added such as an electric vehicle warning light guidance page and a phone consultation reservation function, further enhancing customer convenience.
To commemorate the app renewal, Volkswagen Korea will give generous prizes by lottery to 1,016 customers who make consumable maintenance reservations or request phone consultations through the My VW App from Sept. 11 to Oct. 31 and complete vehicle check-in at an official service center within the period by Nov. 14. Winners will be notified individually at the end of November, and prizes include a Galaxy Z Fold7 (1), Dyson air purifier (2), AirPods Max (3), Virtuo Plus White & coffee package (10), and MegaCoffee Americano coupons (1,000).
