Comprehensive real estate management corporations S&I Corporation said on the 11th that it appointed Seo Hyun as CEO through a shareholders meeting and board of directors meeting on the 8th.
CEO Seo Hyun led organizational innovation and business expansion after serving in key positions, including head of the FM division's integrated management and operations team, head of operations innovation, and chief safety officer (CSO). In particular, since 2022, after taking charge as head of business, Seo is credited with running key businesses stably and laying the foundation for new growth.
S&I is a proptech-based comprehensive real estate management specialized corporations that manages more than 500 buildings, including major buildings of LG Group affiliates, and more than 21,000 stores, and has experience managing large performance halls and broadcasting facilities. Centered on space-related platforms such as a 24-hour integrated operations center, a standardized asset management system, an office life care app, and an asset management platform, it has introduced about 100 diverse space management solutions and has led the industry's digital transformation (DX).
With Seo's appointment as CEO, S&I plans to enhance the robustness of business operations amid the rapidly changing real estate market environment while actively pursuing new businesses to discover new growth engines.
